If your data hasn't updated in more than 2 days, the most common issue is account health. Using AWS as an example, go to Setup -> Accounts -> AWS.
Sort by consolidated billing, and check the status of each account you expect data to be received from. If any account is Critical or Warning, click the banner on the right hand side. Follow the instructions to make the account healthy, then give the account time (a day or two) to receive all of the backlogged data.
