Do perspectives filters use "and" or "or" by default? 

Resolution

When creating a perspective using the categorize method, each filter is combined as "and" logic. 

In the above perspective, each of the filters must be met to be included in the group.  The filter logic can be more granular to include "or" logic within the filter like below. 

If you are using the search method to build perspectives, the "and"/"or" logic can be added directly to the filters.
