Azure SQL Rightsizing report is showing "Not enough data"

Issue/Introduction
This may be due to configuration.
The platform doesn't need anything special configured on the Azure end to collect metrics but does need to have the insights resource provider enabled just as with VM metrics.
Resolution
Verify the configuration for the subscription that the SQL databases fall under as seen below:
Metrics collection can be verified once the configuration as mentioned above is updated:
