Issue: Perspective Group Filter Continues to Load Indefinitely for a Saved Report
Detail: The issue will occur when attempting to put a Perspective Group Filter and it loads indefinitely without returning any results. The screenshot below illustrates the issue:
Troubleshooting Steps
1. Try checking the same reports on a different browser and clearing cookies and cache
2. If issue persists there could be a situation where a pre-existing Perspective filter applied targeting "selected_perspective=<Perpective id> &selected_group=<Group id>" yet there are no current records of a Perspective with specified ID.
Proposed Workaround
Editing the URL path and resaving these reports may resolve the issue:
1. Open the report 'REPORT Name'
2. Adjust its URL to remove the following section "&selected_perspective=<Perpective id>&selected_group=<Group id>".
3. Apply new Perspective Filter.
4. Re-save the report.
5. Check the report filters again.
