Issue/Introduction

The process to derive new sub billing account is scheduled to be executed at at 9:00AM and 9:00PM UTC.

Resolution

After adding new sub-billing accounts to a BigQuery View, the platform takes a minimum of 12 hours to derive those accounts into the platform.
