Will all assets, even if they aren't properly tagged, be pulled in to a perspective configuration if it's categorized by Account?

Issue/Introduction

If the perspective is built on account level, the Perspective will pull in all assets associated to that account regardless of how they are tagged.

Proper tagging becomes much more important when the perspective categorization is using a tag.
