Why are newly added GCP projects showing in critical state?

Issue/Introduction

If this issue is seen for the GCP account added at project level, check following things:

1. Have updates been made to service accounts of newly added projects for each project manually?

2. Have updates been made to primary keys of newly added projects for each project manually?

For project level setup, new projects are added after account setup is done, it's necessary to manually update the service account and primary key.

The service account and primary keys are not updated automatically by the platform so it's important to ensure this process is followed.
