Why does the RDS Cost History by Reservation type show an "Unknown" category?

Issue/Introduction

This is due to the specific services falling into that category not being eligible to receive reservation coverage. 

Examples of line items that contribute to the “Unknown” category when the RDS report is categorized by Reservation Type are "Charged Backup Usage" and "Data Transfer".  These types of charges would not be related to a Reservation Type and thus would not fall under a reservation category of On Demand/No Upfront/Partial Upfront/All Upfront.
