Issue/Introduction

Tags for AWS Accounts is supported.

Resolution

This is reflected in the platform under Setup > Accounts > AWS.  Tags can be used to allocate related assets and charges into Perspective groups and run configuration policies based on tagging. 

Be advised that CloudHealth tags take precedence over AWS tags.  For better sync and reporting of AWS account tags, please remove any CloudHealth account tags that overlap with them or are exact copies of them.

To ensure these tags are being ingested, review your IAM policy associated to your consolidated billing accounts and confirm the following permissions are included:

• organizations:ListAccounts

• organizations:ListTagsForResource

• organizations:DescribeOrganization
