Why am I seeing an account issue stating 'Make sure the report definitions Exist'?

Issue/Introduction

If you are receiving a critical error similar to this:

"CloudHealth did not detect any cost and usage reports in the bucket" 

"Make sure the report definition exists"

You are likely missing a Resource ID attribute required in the CUR.  You can enable this during the CUR setup here:
