Why are my private pricing credits no longer appearing?

Issue/Introduction

The reason that the private pricing credit is no longer visible is due to AWS changing from using the Detailed Billing Report (DBR) file to using the Cost and Usage Report (CUR) file.  In the CUR, the private pricing credit is not listed as a specific line item.  Rather, AWS writes the private pricing discounts into the relevant line items which eliminates the need for a credit line as the final price is the net total after discounts have been calculated. 

Now that the platform is utilizing the CUR opposed to the DBR, we are presenting the line items with the private pricing Discounts/Credits already built-in.
