Azure AD SSO - A failure has occurred

Issue/Introduction

When configuring Azure AD SSO and error may occur after MFA authentication:

 

 

Error: Failure Retrieving Auth Token

Description: Unexpected Response code: 400

Resolution

This will occur when a user logs into CH as a CloudHealth admin (non-Global Administrator) and authenticates via MFA with the Global Administrator (GA) account.

 

To resolve the error:

 

1. Add the GA account to the CloudHealth Administrator group

2. Log in and then Authenticate the Azure AD

 

The error should no longer occur.
