Issue/Introduction

The difference in summary results and test rule results is due to the fact that the summary title is set at the time of the evaluation.

Resolution

Policies only list active assets.  If an asset becomes inactive or a characteristic changes after the evaluation time, results in the dataset that no longer match the policy conditions won't be listed in a fresh test.  Due to the title only being set once, the count in the title won't change.

The list should be treated as the source of truth, rather than the title.
