The support charges may be inside the customer's linked account as AWS provides the option for any account to subscribe to support. Due to these charges being directly tied to the customer's account, the platform will pass them through.
If you do not want the support charges to go through to the customer's tenant, a price book will need to be configured to remove these charges.
