Issue/Introduction

The ‘primary’ just indicates that
  • The filter was created by the customer as a standalone filter rule
  • OR, was created as part of a categorization
A group can have multiple primary rules and all of them will be evaluated.
The evaluation does not depend on primary vs secondary.  The order of filter rules in the Group determines the order or evaluation and which filter rule will capture the asset first.

When additional rules are added to allocate assets to a Group which already contains a Rule, the second rule would not be listed as Primary.

Example:
- Group ABC - Has a rule where AwsAccount contains ‘Hello’
- Then you add a second rule to Group ABC where AwsAccount contains ‘Bye’

This second rule would not show as primary in the UI.
