VM costs for subscriptions in the Cost History report is not matching up with Azure console cost

Issue/Introduction

The CloudHealth Cost History report will include all compute, VM License & network costs that are incurred by the VM while the Azure console may not necessarily include all of those charges.
CloudHealth categorizes based on the "consumed_service" column and Azure Cost Management does it differently.

Customers can use the VM Cost report y-axis -> Compute Cost to view the VM-only cost:
