GCP FlexReports costs not matching up with Cost History Invoice report

Issue/Introduction

GCP Cost History charges should match with FlexReport totals but will not with the Cost History Invoice report.

FlexReports cannot be matched with the Cost History Invoice report since a value for invoice month is not exposed to FlexReports as a column.

Resolution

CloudHealth is using the same bills that are being collected for Cost History but Cost History (usage date) and History Invoice (invoice month) reports are based on two different columns and hence both will not match.
