Why is a user assigned a role via SSO not authorized as admin user despite the role being for administrator rights?

Issue/Introduction

 In order to have the admin access the user needs to added to User Group "Administrators" too.

There's two ways to populate the Usergroup, by manually inviting the users to it by navigating to the members tab -  and using the Add Member option.

Alternatively you can auto assign users to a Usergroup by populating a SSO Key/Value pair under the details tab for a Usergroup e.g - https://apps.cloudhealthtech.com/ui/user-groups/usergroup/view/crn%3A39759%3Auser-group%2F3848290697680/details/ by selecting Edit.
