In order to have the admin access the user needs to added to User Group "Administrators" too.
There are two ways to populate the Usergroup: By manually inviting the users to it by navigating to the members tab and using the Add Member option.
Alternatively, you can auto-assign users to a User Group by populating an SSO Key/Value pair under the details tab for a User Group Tab.
Note: SSO value should match the group name coming in the SAML trace initiated by the IDP provider.
