Platform collection and storage of Azure diagnostic data (metrics)

Issue/Introduction

The CloudHealth platform does not store any data in the customer's Azure tenant.

Resolution

On Azure's side, in certain configurations, metrics will be stored within a storage account but that data will remain with Azure.

CloudHealth will read from that data (via the "Read-Only" permissions), so that it can be utilized to create datasets viewable within the platform.

The platform will collect the hourly metrics in the tables from the past 7 days, aggregate them into weekly metrics, and then turn these weekly metrics into monthly metrics.
