When a channel customer is converting into a full access customer, or an existing trial needs to be extended. Follow these steps.
Note: When a channel customer's trial expires it will impact processes such as partner generated billing from being able to complete successfully.
Navigate to Partner > Customers > List : Select the desired channel customer record.
To end the trial period and make the customer a full customer, remove the date in the Trial Expiration field by deleting the value.
To extend an existing trial, adjust the date to a new date in the future.
Click Update at the bottom of the Customer page
