Compute Units zero for some instances in the EC2 Instance Hours report

Issue/Introduction

The reason compute units are zero is likely associated to instances introduced by AWS from 2006-2014 as Compute Units were the standard for processing power measurement up until that point.

Resolution

vCPU took over from 2014 onwards.
