Issue/Introduction

You will want to keep both blocks active until the finalized bill for current month is dropped. 

All new data for the account will come from the new billing block, but the old block should remain in case any data changes regarding the account on the old billing account.  Once the month closes, you can delete the old billing block, as data will no longer need to processed for that account from your Master account.  No historical data will be lost when deleting the block.
