"Launch date" in the asset report changed

Issue/Introduction

The launch date can change.

Resolution

When an instance is showing a launch date later than its first discovered date, it means the instance has been stopped and restarted since its first discovered date.  The launch date will update whenever you stop and restart an instance and the launch date will reset to its new start date.
