"Launch date" in the asset report changed

Issue/Introduction

The launch date will update whenever you stop and restart an instance and the launch date will reset to its new start date.

Resolution

When an instance is showing a launch date later than its first discovered date, it means the instance has been stopped and restarted since its first discovered date.
