Issue/Introduction

Below are various items that should be verified:

Resolution

  • Review account configurations to ensure they are fully configured and "Healthy".
  • Check whether AWS has provided the bill finalization to CH.
  • AWS generally doesn't finalize a bill for private pricing customers until the 15th so timing could be a factor.
  • Make sure customers have billing blocks configured.  Without billing blocks, these customers will not have bills processed to receive update bills which means they cannot be finalized.
  • If the designated payer changed mid-month, the platform would end up with more than one bill for a single customer billing block. The orphaned invoices will not be finalized since they are no longer active configurations.
