Issue/Introduction
Below are various items that should be verified:
Resolution
Review account configurations to ensure they are fully configured and "Healthy".
Check whether AWS has provided the bill finalization to CH.
AWS generally doesn't finalize a bill for private pricing customers until the 15th so timing could be a factor.
Make sure customers have billing blocks configured. Without billing blocks, these customers will not have bills processed to receive update bills which means they cannot be finalized.
If the designated payer changed mid-month, the platform would end up with more than one bill for a single customer billing block. The orphaned invoices will not be finalized since they are no longer active configurations.
