Issue/Introduction
Below are reasons that the FlexReport dataset may not appear:
Resolution
The data about costs and usage for certain subscriptions is only accessible via a specific API in the partner center.
This means, to access this data, it must be configured within a particular partner tenant.
If a customer's subscriptions are not managed by a partner, then the data cannot be accessed or retrieved.
Direct access to the cost and usage data for the subscriptions from the customer’s side is not possible.
The reason for this limitation is that the billing information is owned by the partner that manages those subscriptions, not the customer.
Check in PGB if the customer account is configured.
After configuration, it will take 24-48 hours for the cost data to appear.
The customer has to wait for this period for the updated cost data to show up in the partner’s records.
After the data is updated in the partner’s records, it will be transferred to the customer’s records.
Once the cost data is available in the customer’s records, Flexreport dataset should generate.
