Recovering historical data for a deleted billing export is dependent upon how the replacement billing export is configured.
If a new billing export with a different name is created, the platform will pull cost data from the day the billing export is configured, but no historical cost will be captured.
However, if a new billing export with exactly the same ID as the one that was deleted earlier is configured (i.e., if the billing account ID did not change in CloudHealth), historical data would be retained.
