Issue/Introduction

When VM usage hours are calculated, only line items for virtual machines are taken into consideration:

MeterCategory = 'Virtual Machines' or MeterCategory = 'Bandwidth'

Resolution

Ensure you are validating the policy alert only based on cost associated with Virtual machines or Bandwidth.
