Why is the Amazon Name column in the Setup >Accounts>AWS not being updated in CloudHealth?

Issue/Introduction

CloudHealth populates this column with information returned from the AWS Organization API.  If the name is not up to date, check if the specified accounts to ensure they allow the following permissions in their IAM policies:

 

"organizations:ListAccounts",
"organizations:ListTagsForResource",
"organizations:DescribeOrganization",

 

Note: The Amazon Name column in the Setup >Accounts>AWS report is the account's name in AWS. Account Name instead is CloudHealth friendly name for the account.
