Issue/Introduction

The discrepancy between the list of compartments in the Cost History filters and those in the Asset reports arises because the Cost History report displays both active and inactive compartments derived from cost and usage bills, whereas the Asset report includes only active compartments obtained from OCI SDK calls. Inactive compartments would not be available in the Asset report.
