Below are common questions that you may want to consider prior to deleting an Enrollment:
- CloudHealth will remove all the reports related to the deleted EA.
- Only reports data will be cleared and the billing files will be retained in the backend collection bucket.
If you would like to restore a deleted EA:
- If the EA is active then restoration is not required since we can recollect the data from Azure.
- If the EA is expired and kept in CloudHealth only for the historical data representation, we can restore the historical billing data from our billing bucket.
