Issue/Introduction

This can be navigated to from Partner -> Customer -> List: Status Glossary.

Resolution

The status will only display for the AWS configuration of the channel customer.

• Bill Not Configured: This indicates that the channel customer has no AWS account assigned.

• Account Warning: AWS accounts are assigned to the channel customer, but they are not configured or in critical state. Please switch to the channel customer to get the actual account status.

• Configured: AWS accounts assigned to the channel customer are in a healthy/warning with the minimum permissions.
