Issue/Introduction

This error can occur when the role that gave viewing and retrieving permissions to the user account that created the subscription has been removed. 

Resolution

To get the subscription to deliver successfully, the customer will either need to give permissions back to the email address in User Groups in their tenant or recreate the subscription using another user account that has been assigned to a user group that has the proper permissions to create and send out reports for the subscription.
