Issue/Introduction

When trying to log into SSO a user could see error message "Your user has not been assigned a role. Please contact your administrator". 

This error could happen if the role document assigned to the user group to which the user belongs has not been assigned to an organization. Confirm that an organization is assigned to the role document.

 



If the issue persists after selecting an Organization as part of the assignment please contact our Support Team.
