Issue/Introduction

Some Partners may receive private pricing credits integrated directly into their Usage Cost (Usage - Credit).  The reasoning is down to a change in the way AWS delivers the private pricing discount functioning similarly to the way private pricing automation does in that a Net_Unblended column is introduced to the CUR.

This will only be reflected in Partner Cost reporting.  Private pricing credits will still be excluded when making use of the PGB - Consolidated bill or Full Family options and won't be passed down to the Customer tenant.

A Partner can still pull a view of private pricing credits by creating a FlexReport making use of the following options:

LineItemType will include an entry with the name private pricing credit which contains the private pricing credit value itself under the UnblendedCost measure alongside the Usage (without the private pricing credit applied).
