Why are CSP Subscriptions missing from Partner Tenant yet the Partner Centre or Billing Account are Healthy?

Issue/Introduction
Currently the platform will only process costs associated with Subscriptions tied to Partner Customer/Account that have been assigned out to channel Customers.
Subscriptions tied to Partner Customer/Account that haven’t been assigned out won’t be pulled into the platform currently until the Partner Customer/Account has been assigned to a channel Customer.
Meaning that the Partner Customer the Subscription is tied to doesn't appear under Azure CSP Accounts:
Resolution
To determine if your Subscription is tied to a Partner Customer/Account that hasn't been assigned out you would need to do the following:
Open Assets -> Azure -> Subscriptions -> Search for your Subscription
View the Asset Record, and determine if a Partner Customer is displayed under the "Partner Customer" section
Drill into the Partner Customer record and collect the Company Name and Domain name
Using the data collected above validate if the Partner Customer appears under the "Available CSP Accounts" list. (Refer to both the Name and Domain collected prior).
