Currently, the platform will only process costs associated with Subscriptions tied to Partner Customer/Account that have been assigned out to channel Customers.
Subscriptions tied to Partner Customer/Account that have not been assigned out will not be pulled into the platform currently until the Partner Customer/Account has been assigned to a channel Customer.
Meaning that the Partner Customer the Subscription is tied to doesn't appear under Azure CSP Accounts:
