Issue/Introduction

Licensing costs such as SQL Server Standard - 2 Core License Pack - 1 year, and SQL Server Enterprise - 2 Core License Pack - 1 year and Office 365 Subscription charges won't be included in Azure Cost History or Statement files for Channel Customers.

Resolution

This is expected as these costs are filtered out from those displayed within the platform as the expectation for the platform is that it only reports on Subscription based Usage Costs and Reservation Costs (note these are mentioned separately as they can sit outside of Subscriptions in a shared scope).  These are License costs which are classified differently.

License costs such as the SQL Server Standard - 2 Core License Pack - 1 year, and SQL Server Enterprise - 2 Core License Pack - 1 year charges aren't supported as a Service within the platform.

These costs can be included in Cost History/Statements by way of Partner Billing Rules, or at the Cost History level only by way of Customer Line Items.
