Do Budgets support Perspectives that have been set to Standard Integration or only Advanced Integration?

Issue/Introduction

While the Standard Integration mentions Budgets as being supported this doesn't extend to the groups that make up the Perspective.

You will find that you can select the Perspective via the Perspective dropdown within Budgets but when attempting to Add Groups to the Perspective the group list will be blank.

This is expected currently as Budgets are being removed from the Standard Integration pop up.
