Does SQL Database Rightsizing support vCore or Elastic Pools (eDTU) databases?

Issue/Introduction

The platform only currently support rightsizing recommendations if the SQL Server is using the older DTU pricing model.

If vCore or even Elastic Pools (eDTU) are being utilized hen the platform displays the costs in the Cost History Report, but it will be unable to make rightsizing recommendations.
