Is there a way to locate all Partner Billing Rules by customer name?

Issue/Introduction

Billing rules are currently not searchable by customer name in the search bar of the Partner Billing Rule page: https://apps.cloudhealthtech.com/partner_billing_rules 

 

The recommendation is to set the results to 500 per page and use the browser's find feature to search for a customer name in each page to locate all associated billing rules. 

Press Ctrl+F (on Windows PC, Chromebook, or Linux system), or Command+F (on a Mac) on the keyboard.
