Below are how various scenarios result in credit being applied via billing rules:
Resolution
- If current billing account (BA) spend is less than or equal to $0, then $0 credit is applied.
- If BA spend is greater or equal to credit amount, then full credit amount is applied.
- If BA spend is less than credit amount and greater than $0, then credit applied is equal to BA spend.
