Issue/Introduction

If emails from CloudHealth are not being received, it may be due to the customer having a trial period end or their email filters are flagging and removing emails from CloudHealth.

Resolution

Expired CloudHealth tenant

CloudHealth does not process subscriptions for customers with an expired trial. 

CloudHealth emails are being filtered

Be sure to review any filters which may be interfering with CloudHealth emails reaching your inbox.
