Issue/Introduction

Actions to start and stop VMs may be failing due to the error "CHT:BadHttpResponse:403" which indicates missing permission within Service Principal.

Resolution

Please verify if you have followed the prerequisite steps to associate a custom role with each Azure Service Principal to allow the platform to start and stop virtual machines.
