Reallocation rule application to the Amortization report

Issue/Introduction

Reallocation rules will not apply towards any of the Prepaid Amortized Cost fields in the Amortization report. 

Resolution

Prepaid fields are generally filtered out by default within the Amortization report and are not affected by reallocation rules.  Reallocation rules do apply to the other cost fields within that report.
