Issue/Introduction

The process of transferring a subscription from one CSP to another results in two subscriptions and the original is not visible to the partner: 

  1. The Partner Center Subscription ID used for billing purposes moving forward.
  2. The "original" Azure Subscription ID is retained and will appear in Partner Center as well as in the Azure Management portal. 

Historical costs are not moved across to the new Partner Center Subscription ID; they remain in the "original" subscription.  Although visible, access to the original subscription remains with the older CSP and is not transferred to the new CSP.

Resolution

When CloudHealth collects usage, it is done so using the configured Partner Center.  Because that Partner Center does not have access, the platform is not able to collect data for this original subscription.
