A custom tag exists in CloudHealth and a different tag value is set in AWS

Issue/Introduction

If you have an existing custom tag set in CloudHealth and a new value is collected via AWS for the same tag key, we will reference the custom tag value.

Resolution

The platform collects the key:value from AWS so if the custom tag is removed, the AWS value will display.
