Issue/Introduction

Exchanging convertible RIs can fail from time to time.

Resolution

The first place to check is the 'Status & History' section of the exchange tool:

From here you're able to view further details into each individual exchange (failed or successful).

In this particular example, CloudHealth was unable to process the exchange due to a permissions issue.
