Issue/Introduction

Exchanging convertible RIs can fail but details regarding the event are captured in CloudHealth.  Below are steps to check the reason behind the failure:

Resolution

The first place to check is the 'Status & History' section of the exchange tool:

From here you're able to view further details into each individual exchange (failed or successful).
